The Calendar Club allows you to get 12 full mini sessions at a discount.  You can start any month, it doesn’t have to be January!  If it’s easier for you we can usually time it such that you can get 2 sessions done at a time if you prefer.  Sessions include up to 2 kids (must be siblings), the package includes both individuals and sibling shots and then additional children can be added for $250 + hst for the year for the 3rd (+ 3 total images per session) and $100 + hst for each subsequent ones (+ 2 images).  

 

At each session you will be given the fully edited digital images from your session (a minimum of 6 fully edited photos per session, 8 for Christmas and 8 for Easter) and you select which images you want from the online gallery.  Should you ever want more they are $5 + hst each or you can select the "all photos" upgrade at the start of your package for $500 + hst which gives you all the (good) edited photos from your session.

 

The schedule will work like this (of course if you don’t observe certain holidays we can substitute them with free choices):

July - free choice (please note that I have limited availability in July so please book early.  I am happy to double up in June too.)

September - Pumpkin Patch *

October - Halloween, Skeleton, Cauldron or Harry Potter

November - free choice

December - Christmas ($100 to upgrade to family session)

Upgrades:
Cake Smash Session $125 + hst

*Upgrade to an outdoor Family session (May/June/Sept/Oct only) for $110 + hst
All Images upgrade (for all sessions) $500 + hst
Add additional images to any session on a one off basis $10 + hst

Please note the Calendar Club does NOT include cake smash sessions but you can upgrade for $125 + hst.

 

You get all of this for $999 + hst (Less than $85 a month) instead of $1900 + hst!!

 

Payment Schedule:

$200 + hst when you join as a deposit

$0 + hst your first session

$150 + hst your second session

$150 + hst your third session

$150 + hst your fourth session

$150 + hst your fifth session

$150 + hst your 7th session

$150 + hst your 8th session

$100 + hst your 9th session and then you are fully paid for the year and your final 3 sessions are free!

Then enjoy your 10th, 11th and 12th sessions with no further payments which is awesome around the holidays!

Terms and Conditions:
Please note that Calendar Club Sessions must be used up over 13 months and no duplicates of sessions are allowed (e.g. not 2 Valentines sessions) and that it is your responsibility to make sure you schedule your sessions.
If you fail to show up for any appointment you will be charged a $75 reschedule fee or you will forfeit that session.
It is your responsibility to schedule sessions during busy periods like Christmas asap to get your desired time.  All scheduling is subject to availability and sessions are offered on a first come first serve basis.  For the most up to date information please see met Facebook page.
If you miss a session you can make it up in any subsequent month you just have to have them all completed before 14 months from your start date.
Payments are non refundable.
